“Hello World” in Ruby

So I got Ubuntu running. I have installed Ruby 1.8.6 and the SciTE editor, and I just wrote my first ruby script entitled Hello World !! When I ran it, it actually worked. Memories of Basic programs such as: 10 Print “Hello World” are coming back. So far, I think that learning Ruby will be easy compared to getting used to Linux. Ubuntu’s got a great look and feel but – shit – it’s soooo different from Windows, it’s like living on Planet Ubuntu. It will take soem patience.
